Aight, sorry for posting something that doesn't contribute to anything. But, as of today's maintenance, Argus has appeared in the sky for me... along with a ton of doomsayers and concerned citizens in Dalaran. I haven't even touched Tomb of Sargeras at all.

Yes they made it availbable to everyone, on the PTR, even if you don't have KJ you see it everywhere and the citizens of Dalaran freak out.

I think rift will be closed and not visible from Azeroth, but Argus should be left on Broken Isles skybox for nostalgia reasons (yeah, nostalgia few years after Legion will be huge). Also, every continent is usually stuck in their expansion timeline.

I find it hard to trust anyone we've met since the legion threat appeared. Apocalypse's tend to bring the worst out of people and if the Legion offered to keep people of the broken shore safe if they fucked us over I could see everyone turning against us at some point (or at least it'd be cool, to be the ONLY people in Legion who actually want to defeat the Legion). I have this huge issue with meeting up with people every expac and them wanting to help us all the time, entire regions haven't ever (as far as I know) turned against us, just small factions of a region.
