If you are not going to explain anything what's the point in you posting?
You will not get a refund if you bought an item, and didn't return it within 2 hours of game time.
If you bought the item, and used it, and are trying to get a refund, you won't get one.
They added that 2 hour refund return thing for a reason.
The game also on top of that, warns you to confirm the purchase too.
No one can properly help you if you're not telling us what happened.
I think you are lying. You never got any refunds in the past for the same situation.

Click the armory link in the dude's signature and you will figure things out pretty quickly.
A mistake was made that you must live with. Once you buy and use a token like this you will never get a refund. If that was the case, everyone would ask for one when their item didn't titanforge.
Nothing you can say will change that fact.

ok so you bought an item by mistake, which you had to confirm, then you used said item to create an item which you didn't like and now you want a refund? guess what, you ain't getting one. if they did that then everyone would buy the item, use it and then put a ticket in to return it. buyer beware

when i got it
it did not show the correct thing atleast my brain did not register it showing what i wanted
i'm not really sure what happened but i ended up with the wrong item
i have gotten refunds in the past and blizzard is refusing to do it now

wtf is your reasoning behind not allowing everyone a refund for getting the wrong item? the whole point of a refund is to solve that whole wrong item problem

it was half their fault
when i moused over them it showed something entirely different than what i got
and then when i got the item i ended up seeing it's not what i previously saw it was
it happened so fast i'm not too sure how/why this happened
i had bought 2 items
1 was correct 1 was incorrect

You sound like a mad child trying to force the blame onto other deal with your mistake.
This is 100% correct and they never give refunds for items in a case like this where you clearly bought the wrong item and used it.I have done something similar to with with relics because I use 2 of one relic type and replaced the wrong one live and learn
