Wild Arms is my fave, next to that probably the FF one. I like how they keep it close to the same but different each title.

The Binding of Isaac has a lot of good music, in both its releases. Binding of Issac: Rebirth has a really nice main menu theme that fits the tone of the game really well. You really appreciate how pleasant it is after finishing some of the more difficult parts of the game.
I also can't not mention Morrowind's main theme. It's one of the best ever to me and I love how there is a heartbeat-like drum that plays throughout it, hinting at the heart of Lorkhan at the crux of the plot.
