Upgrade Suggestions in prep for Destiny 2

In 2014, I built a computer based upon components provided by the "Build of the Month" here on MMO-Champion. It's worked great, but I'm ready to make some updates for better performance, with the intent of preparing for playing Destiny 2. The Open Beta ran ok, but I feel like it could be better.

With that in mind, I'd love input on what components I could upgrade for the best performance boost. About the only thing out of the question is the mother board.

Current Computer (components from Newegg - tried to link them all, but unable as not enough posts yet, sorry)
    • ASUS P8H61-M LE/CSM (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
    • GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) DirectX 11 GV-N550OC-1GI 1GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
    • Intel Core i5-2500 Sandy Bridge Quad-Core 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W BX80623I52500 Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000
    • 2 x G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Laptop Memory Model F3-8500CL7D-8GBSQ
    • SAMSUNG 840 EVO 2.5" 1TB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-7TE1T0BW
    • Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

    My thanks in advance.

Upgrade your GPU and you will be fine.

Get at lease a 1050ti and it will run like a dream.

    (To be clear at 1080p)

Edit: Watch this as well and u can get a idea on what is needed to hit 60fps in Destiny.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

    Total: $144.99

Edit2: Also if they haven't fixed it by release don't run AA at MSAA because its broken, At lease it was in the beta.

No problem at all, That is the only upgrade you need to play Destiny 2 decently. The game is surprisingly optimized besides AA. Just don't turn it to MSAA and your fine.

To be clear this is at 1080p.

Edit: With that card and your current build u can do 1080p/60 just fine.
