Some sims with/without mastery. Up till today I was simming higher with mastery cap (100%) but now it seems like 4pc pulls ahead with SnD or MfD. Least with no real proper Outlaw legendary, the difference in DPS seems negligible and mastery doesn't seem to hurt nearly as bad as it used to.
You think RtB will still win out over SnD or is it still too inconsistent?
100% mastery could be just the raw agility overage (almost 3k more agi)
