Choosing a VPN for Plex is a tough task for streaming safely!

Hi Guys!

I am new here but I do sometimes visit this forum as a visitor. One of my colleague suggested to join it and here I am!

Coming to the issue is i want to take a decision but before that need an experts opinion.
I always go for safety and security for my data.
I am regular user of Plex Channels to watch TV shows, movies and live tv but some Plex Channels are geo-restricted.
I was doing my own research but due to lack of knowledge was unable to comprehend the language used on different blogs and reviews.
This review is related to integrating how to setup plex with a vpn.

Should I integrate my plex media server with a VPN?

Or is there any other way to stream (Safely and Securely) ?
