Was wondering if anyone got a clue how to remove infinite buffs from target frame or other unit frames like the ones in pic:

Your link doesn't seem to work, sends me to an error page. What do you mean with infinite buffs though? Duration, or amount of buffs?

reset your buff filters. make sure it has blocknoduration.

You'd want a priority list which looks something like BlockNoDuration-Personal-Nonpersonal which is "all but buffs with no duration". While it can be bothersome to have buffs like mount or "ancient mana", i'd suggest making a list of things you want to see because some enemy buffs with no duration are quite important (bolster? enrages?) and you don't want to list them all 1by1. I've found a good balance filtering for Blacklist-TurtleBuffs-PlayerBuffs in party frame, Blacklist-Personal-Nonpersonal for target buffs and Blacklist-Personal-RaidDebuffs-CCDebuffs-Friend Dispellable for target debuffs
