    Need 1440p monitor recomendations

So ive seen this on sale for 150.

    Lenovo L24q 23.8" Monitor(2560 x 1440)

Is this good for casual gaming(reviews seem great) or should i get one screen with either gysnc or 144hz ? I am not really a monitor pro.

My video card will be a gtx 1080 ti

Am i going to really see a difference in future games.also i was told for that resolution 27inch is a minimum but im not sure what they mean by that.

I dont mind putting 300 to 400 for a screen if the details are worth it.

This is a really popular one. 1440p, gsync, 144hz. All for a little under $400. I would have gotten it if I wasn't gifted a PG278Q

You can definitely notice the difference from 60 to 144hz. I haven't noticed a big difference in 1080p vs 1440p though.

hmm that looks perfect ty..but as for the 24inch question does it matter how big screen is? all i have to do is just zoom in on windows correct?

I see its only 1 year warranty should i be worried about that and from what i can read in reviews i just have to calibrate the colors out of box

If you have the money the Asus is currently top of the line imo. You really need to shell out above 100 hz and 1440p with gsync. Price spikes are nuts. They may start going down once 4k 100-165hz monitors come out.
