Hello, and thank you for viewing my post! I am currently recruiting for my guild called We Eat Member Berries. We are brand new but growing fast with players that are sick of heroic pugs or stagnant progression and want to form a quality raid team. Below is our "Guild Guide" which includes a lot of information to help you understand what we are about (only thing missing is actual links due to forum rules). If you like what you see or questions please contact me, my btag is Euphoria#11674

Hello and welcome to the Guild!

You are here because you’ve proven to us that you have the ambition and values that fit within the framework of our Guild. Our goal here is to be a highly skilled but casual mythic progression guild. The word “casual” here is meant to depict the attitude and atmosphere you will experience here. There is no “elitism”, no anger, nor stress. Make no mistake in believing this atmosphere in any way reflects a casual attitude towards downing bosses; its significance solely refers to the way we interact with each other while playing the game. Members are to act in a mature, respectful, and professional manner towards each other. This is not to say that chat is censored or that adult content is prohibited, because it is not. This rule is meant to address the interactions between people during progression oriented conversations (Criticisms, Suggestions, Coaching,etc.). Ultimately we want a loyal team to reach 9/9 Mythic as smoothly as possible without any drama or stress, and then be the first Guild on the server to clear Antorus.
We are here to grow and progress together as a well meshed guild with good vibes. Part of mythic progression is evolving both as a raid team, and within ourselves. There are many tools out there that help you push your class to the limit. There will be resources listed below for everyone to check out and utilize to continuously improve and keep up with the best strategies & gear choices for your class on a per boss basis. I encourage everyone to find some streamers and people that put out a lot of really useful content on youtube for your class/spec. Gathering as much information about your class as possible, staying up to date, practicing, and even some theorycrafting will allow you to make the best decisions during progression scenarios.
To give an example, an ambitious person would do the following (Examples include some class specific links for a Restoration Druid):

*Disclaimer: This list is in no way exhaustive and there is without a doubt additional and alternative methods to becoming the top of your class.

Download the Twitch Curse Client for easy access to necessary raid addons and updates:

It is a good idea to download Deadly Boss Mods or something similar, as well as WeakAuras2. For raid leading purposes and the analysis of our progression we will need everyone to download Exorsus Raid Tools using the Twitch Curse Client. There is nothing required on your part besides downloading and leaving the addon enabled. It is quite a useful tool if you do ever decide you’d like to delve into it.

Find a great youtube channel or channels covering all useful content for your class:

Check out all the useful information certain discord servers have to offer:

For the Resto Druids, one resource you can find in the Dreamgrove channel is Leaf’s Resto Druid Stat Weight Weakaura. You can also look at Torty’s Twig It Spread sheet to analyze everything from the best legendaries to the best Netherlight Crucible paths. Find resources like these to improve on every level.

Icyveins also has a lot of written information about everything WoW related for you to learn. Icyveins is a great resource, but is just a starting point.

Get into fine tuning your class and using additional class specific addons and weakauras. They have weakauras for everything from tracking specific boss debuffs and analyzing gear choices to entire class cooldown and buff bars. For some classes you can even find spreadsheets and other resources to analyze your gear, talents, netherlight crucible paths, and stats for optimization. I highly recommend you take the time to research some great weakauras to use for your class and for certain boss fights.

Feel free to reach out to any of us with any problems you may be experiencing. We will never bash you for sharing your opinion with us, or for coming to us about anything at all. We respect someone with the courage to speak to one of us instead of bottling it up inside.

When it comes to raids we expect people to show up and treat it as an obligation. In truth, real life situations come up, but they tend to never be the factor behind habitually poor attendance.

When it comes to Loot during our Mythic Progression, we will be using RC Loot Council and an overall agreement amongst the raid team as to who should receive each piece of gear. Most of us have pretty high gear already, this will come more into play as we reach the next tier and begin split raids. Everything we do will always be with the betterment of the guild and our progression as a whole.

Most of all have fun and be comfortable. Not being part of the core Mythic team does not mean you will be an alienated guild member. We run a lot of Mythic+ content and PvP together as well as raid Heroic difficulty. Feel free to ask for help because we know it can be overwhelming to learn so much so fast, we want to make all of our members into Mythic Raiders. If you are sitting there saying ‘Wow this sounds great!’, and have the ability to adhere to the guidelines set forth in this “Guild Guide”, then congratulations, you’ve found your home!
