    The bases could also be like the ones in Blasted Lands in which NPCs have both their forces their etc...
    Hoping the Commander guy was like his wife and he couldn't stand the corruption, transformed into a Twilight Lord for the Old Gods.

    Still no change to DH havoc t21. Even though it apparently needs roughly 40+ ilvls to beat t20. Maybe next build? -_-
