Devil's advocate; there is a place for escorts while someone is in a relationship is when: one person needs a physical element to their relationship, their partner is unable (not unwilling, literally unable, most likely due to medical condition) to do so, both have had a conversation about it, and the partner unable would rather the other have a physical outlet rather than be miserable being physically unsatisfied and would rather have that outlet be an emotionless business transaction, and are approaching the situation both fully aware and on board with it.

I know someone who did this. Not saying I would (and however I felt about it is irrelevant, their relationship their decision none of my damn business) but I know a circumstance where this has happened. So that's a scenario where its 'ok'.
