Help with Bulld for $1.2k Budget

    Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a computer build to try and fit my budget. My max is $1,200 but if I don't need to spend that much then that would be great. Thank in advance for your help!

    Budget: $1,200
    Resolution: 1080
Games / Settings Desired: WoW, GW2, Overwatch. I'd like to play these in the highest possible settings. Hoping to also play Destiny 2.
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): None.
    Country: US
Parts that can be reused: No
Do you need an OS?: Yes
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? Would need all peripherals including a cam.

A basic Intel build to use as a place to start. I use SSHDs in my basic builds, but you can easily add an SSD.

Kagthul's build is nice, except I'd replace the cooler with Mugen 5 - that has close to NH-D14 performance and noise levels lower or equal to NH-D15 for >50$

Im not sure why it swapped to the Quad Lumi. I had the vanilla H7 in there, which is only ~30$.
