Good on japan for only accepting 3 refugees in the first half of 2017. Whens the last time Japan had bombs going off in the streets or people running others over with vans or trucks? Let people in with a shady ideology and you get half of Europe. It is not Japans responsibility to care for another countries citizens. Thats the government of those citizens job, a job they are failing at. I travel to Japan all the time on business and they have by far the best culture I've ever been to. People there are curtious to themselves and us forgeiners, they feel a responsibility to keep their neighborhood and country clean.
