There's 6 minutes of the opening ceremony left. It seems like we might actually be getting no new WoW expansion. This is crazy.

They've never announced WoW expansions in the opening ceremonies. It is only for ticket owners.

In previous years, I never watched the opening ceremony so I don’t know about that. I’ve seen it announced in their What’s Next column, though in ways that make it seem like they didn’t mention anything in the ceremony.
