Glad they are taking measures, shit has gotten slightly out of hand (and I'm from Aurora, Colorado...). Every once in a while you think anarchy might be cool but the police DO exist for a reason. Same with the fire department. Just because they are making their presence known for a change is the only difference... If they have to give cops a bunch of overtime just so some douchebag doesn't decide to play target practice with people's heads, I'm 100% OK with it. Nothing worse than waiting for 9/11 then being like "OH GOD! FUCK! WE HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING! NOW!" Lewis Black said it not me ;p

People have become completely divorced from reality if they don't think measures like this should be commonplace at this point.

There's a number of changes that could be made but won't due to greed and misinformation... Everytime this happens you have a week discussing it but doing nothing until the next one in which it's just rinse repeat
