How do you know the money is real? How do you know the bag isn't rigged? How do you know everyone there is really dead?
Worrying about witnesses is pretty low on the list of things to worry about if the situation was actually "real life".

Very smart, but you aren't stealing it per say if it has no owner, a dead corpses by definition are no longer eligible for ownership of anything.

The money still has an owner.
Presumably the original owner (now dead) has family members. If not, the money is owned by the bank.

Call the authorities. Millions of dollars would be a challenge to launder and if caught I would lose the money and spend some time in prison. Just not worth it IMO. Hopefully there would be some reward for handing the money over but if not, /shrug.
