I haven't used dating site in almost 10 years but when I did I hadn't really set the distance limit, I simply checked "in my country" option or something. And I live in Canada so obviously I was matched with a girl on the other coast so it was completely stupid. We did talk a lot and it was fun but the distance was just too much, nothing more we could have done at the time.

That being said, can't you set the distance limit to something more reasonable? I don't know I haven't checked those in a while.

I was going to say the same but based on leaked dashcam footage it seems that every trip into or out of Yorkshire involves at least 2 waylays via sheep herd and a mandatory break every 5 minutes to stop and shout "fucking hell" impotently to one's self in dismay at someone else's inadequate driving.
