Agree 100%. If it happens or not is one thing. But the sentiment of this post I couldn't agree more with.
However, I think it goes without saying some changes will be made. How drastic those changes are will be the defining factor between people like me paying to play it or not. So long as it stays as true to the original game as possible, I will be playing long term.

the only reason blizzard is making vanilla servers is so that can have a foot to stand on when they tell people that they cant have private servers, it makes the argument of blizzard not having vanilla available for play moot and since they are allowing people to play vanilla, they can now sue the pants off of anyone who has a private server.
