    This is not mentioned in the rules, so I have to ask.

    Can I start a thread in which some site rules are discounted?

    I simply want to insult and curse more, nothing else. I want to call a few people "dumbass" but lest I should get banned... I don't.

    So, can I start a thread and allow for participants to be insulted?
