    What Bug? It is intended that you can ress even if the Tree is out of Energy. You just get a Dot and the Tree starts dieing after this. The only thing they do is to "Stack" dead people to maximize the amount of rezzes they get since the Tree tacke ever increasing ticking damage, after running out of Energie, until it dies permanently.
