Communism cannot exist as long as there are people that disagree. It's simply impossible. True communism involves no leadership. It involves no authority, no elite, no money, no trade. For that to work, everyone (every single person) must agree to pull their weight, without being compelled to do so. In order to compel someone, there must be some sort of authority, and as soon as there is any measure of authority, communism no longer exists. It is virtually impossible to get any group of people to unanimously agree anything. Even more so to get them to agree on everything. Communism, by definition, is an impossible dream.

Maybe its good for a perfect world where nothing has to be produced anymore and people can commit themselves to leisure only? But i doubt people will ever reach a point when they wont want to be paid?

Capitalism is great, you can also have common ownership of means of production via shares? Everything is based on agreement of parties. Most people dont utilise capitalism to full potential but rather whine and want everything handed to them?

Work isnt just physical, thats undeniable. I can run a decent half marathon, but i find it hard to sit down and read a book for longer than 15 minutes. Really.

Capitalism in "Raw Form" is the best. You take the raw aspect out of it when governments give bail outs to bankers and failing businesses. The beauty real capitalism is that we as consumers can vote with our wallets, but now if a business is doing bad, then bailout from taxpayers is given and the aspect of voting with our wallets disappears.
There are moral arguments that can be made regarding not bailing out businesses, such as, oh, X amount of people will become jobless. Sorry, but a business needs to improve if it wants customer's money.
