<Hench> is recruiting new members as we clear the all PvP and PvE content raid of Phase 2, prepare for Phase 3 and beyond, build a solid team to do AB/WSG premades, and take on 20-man/40-man raiding content. ABOUT US
Hench aims to be a semi-hardcore guild who will favour meta classes/builds but won’t strive for the absolute most optimal raid roster. This includes at least bringing basic consumables, basic world buffs, having a roster of members that can satisfy regular raid attendance (unless you have a good reason otherwise), and doing the minimal amount of research on raids beforehand.
The guild is made up of quite experienced players that have explored multiple versions of this game, which allows them to be as helpful and as knowledgeable as possible to support every member in clearing all the content Season of Discovery has to offer. Hench does log performance so it can track each members progress and identify areas of improvement.
Its current raid members are full-time working individuals that have a strong love of the game to regularly play in the evenings on a reliable schedule. Our goal is to chill, have fun, and improve, without necessarily chasing the best parse for every run.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Do you take a few weeks to get to max level in Season of Discovery on any given phase? Are you keen to clear all content of every phase and undertake the full level 60 raid experience? Are you looking for a calmer playthrough that enjoys the levelling experience, while also making the best out of your character? Do you like to rank-up and strategise in premades?
If the above questions apply to you then you are likely a fine fit for Hench!
We expect all members to know their classes well enough to ask for help if they need. We are looking for members who want to improve and succeed, it doesn’t matter to us if you are still figuring things out when you join, we are here to help and want to build those friendships and bonds as we tackle the game together and try to get the best performance out of our characters.
Lastly, given that our members are all working full-time, we are looking for new members who are mature and have real-life commitments. If you typically clear all the levelling content in the first two days, then we are likely to slow for you, and it will only cause frustration.
WHEN DO WE PLAY?
We play approximately from 5pm to 11pm ST , which may vary for those who work shifts.
It may happen that there are people who log on much earlier and others who log off much later, especally on weekends.
WHEN DO WE RAID?
Wednesdays & Sundays 19:00 Server Time.
We use a Loot Council where players can roll on BiS > Main > Off.
We utilise the addon RCLootCouncil Classic to distribute loot and you get to choose if you need, minor upgrade or pass. This addon will be mandatory for all raid members to have.
NEXT STEPS
If everything stated above is of interest to you and you feel like you would be a good fit then:
We are now specifically looking for healers and tanks.
While still open to discuss possible additional DPS slots, they will likely be benched for a lock-out to accommodate other raiders. Therefore, the likelihood we will accept more DPS members has dropped.
In preparation to Phase 3 and for the new 20-man raid, we are ramping up our recruitment for members of all levels!
We are especially open to new members who are still leveling and are dedicated to attend raids on a regular basis. We would like to assist you on you journey and get you raiding with us !.

We are close to filling out a full 20-man raid team. Additionally, we have a number of new players who have just started levelling and aim to assist them and get them on the roster.
Still recruiting all classes! We would like 2 x 20-man raid teams to prepare for 40-man raids at level 60.
Hench will be merging with Bizarre Adventure to take on 20-man and 40-man raid content going forward.
While the guild Hench will still exist, its sole capacity will be as a social guild.
