In Blizzards defense, you did post a topic in all caps, and according to the ban text the ban did happen "...after multiple final warnings were issued." if that means anything.

Funny, but not as funny as the player who got banned/suspended for racism, for calling someone a philistine.

I suppose this means something, but the only other time I was banned was on 9/14 when everyone on the rogue forums was banned, and for some reason that was 7 days for "spamming"
If this bumped me up on their account action volcano thingy, then I will be seriously pissed. Anyhow, it was a joke, and a suggestion as to what the new Engineering mounts should look like. There have been COUNTLESS threads about what it should look like, why pick on the rogue?

I guess you violated these ones:

• Do not post in all capital letters, use excessive punctuation, etc.
• Making non-constructive posts
• Discuss, or display any data not available through normal game play

Even if your post was a joke, obvisouly, you masked it as a real thing. The CM probably didn't care to look on the pictures since you already broke the full CAPS rule in the topic, he already had enough to lock the thread.

Don't blaim the busy CMs, write better threads.
You didn't happen to repost the same thing or post it on multiple forums? Since that's a violation too.

If you want to get a forum ban, go to the german warlock forum and open up a "Warlock need to be nerfed" thread and nearly instantly you'll get a break from the forums. It even doesn't matter if you post 99% constructive Stuff and then in the last line say "Warlocks really need to be nerfed." and BAM here's your ban. There nerves there are really stressed coz on the weekend there were about 80 or so nerf threads created.

Don't blame a CM for just being fed up with posting the same "don't do this, don't do that" all day long, just contact customer support and ask them to unban you and point out some of the helpful posts you did there and that you were sorry to mess up with a post that was just a joke in your opinion. It shouldn't be any kind of a problem if you are polite and sound reasonable.
