There was an undocumented change following this :
Mystical Skyfire Diamond: A cooldown has been added to this item's effect, but the chance for it to trigger has been increased.

The buff is only 5 sec long now, was 10 sec in 2.2.

Undocumented change: They've added Quest exclamation marks above signs in the game, wanted posters etc.

If a player is killed in air he'll fall straight down to the ground upon death and be able to ress at his corpse.

The corpse used to remain where the player was killed leaving him unable to ress without spirit healer or joining a BG
