Ive always wondered but never been informed as to if spell penetration does actually lower the resistances to spells on PvE mobs and bosses.
Any information would be nice

Lag - Network related. High server response time, stop downloading.
Low FPS - Your computer can't keep up with the game - buy a better one
Dalaran doesn't lag (often) your pc just sucks.

So its a useless PvE stat huh... great i wish they would find a usefull gem that would fit into a blue socket that doesnt have stam on it :

also stam is still nice with all the aoe fights and raid damage, dead caster isnt doing any damage, unless its an affi lock ofcOriginally Posted by Toejhomas

Ok, to add nothing to this conversation
I love penetration during raids... it make me happy ??? :P
This ~1.2% additional aggro reduce (2% enchant, sdr/talent) won't make a big difference.Originally Posted by chaud
Normally you'll use Invisibility before you get that close (and that's not very often).
Penetration or Subtlety are both more or less usefull/less for mages in PVE.
So I prefered penetration, since it helps at supremus and the case there isn't a CoE up (WL dead, trashmobs, 10/5 mans etc).
EXACTLY! no dmg = no threat!Originally Posted by chaud
What PvE, exactly? Last I checked the vast majority of 25-man TBC raid bosses have no spell resistances.Originally Posted by topfer
