There may or there may not be good legal reasons in your country not to post some information about the WotLK Alpha which Blizzard would like to keep secret but it almost certainly isn't because of the NDA. You aren't bound to that NDA unless you signed it ... and why should you considering that people running fan sites aren't allowed to participate anyway ?

Considering that, I'm even doubtful that you could seriously be legally threatened just because you post info on how new talents and skills are working, for example. Even if you were, then not through a NDA. But it, of course, does look better to many viewers to just pretend you naturally had no choice.

Correct you are only bound to that NDA if you signed it, posting any 'leaked' WoTLK information or media is not grounds for legal action of any sort unless you signed something saying you would not do so.

Anybody who saw the leaked info knows that the death knights will have far more raid/party utility than a rogue does now.

Even the raise dead ability that blizzard has revealed lets you cast it on a party member for continued dps can be some boost for a raid all by iteself.

And don't forget that the deathknights are casters. More than paladins were in Warcraft lore. They will have raid utility, no doubt about it.
