    Raid ID switching

    Hello,

I'm wondering if 2 raids 25 can step in at the same time, with the same raid ID.

    To clarify, here's an example.

a raid go to SSC, down lurker.
The day after, we come back, we switch with some people without ID, so no problem, as usual.

But what if we find a way to make another group, and step in as well?

And if it is possible, what if one of the raids down a boss, does it depop in the other raid instance ?

Please let me know your experience

Allright so the message "Instance is full" is regarding "Raid ID" and not "Raid Members".

"Instance is full" regards people inside the same instance (same raid ID):

-you can have more than 25 players with the same raid ID
-You can have more than 25 man in the same raid (up to 40)

Lets say you go to SSC with 25 ppl and they get saved (get a raid ID). The next day one of them enters the instance in a raid with 24 other ppl that had no raid ID. As soon as they enter the instance they get saved with the same ID of the original member.

While they are inside no one else from the initial group could enter the instance due to the "instance is full" message.

And basicly you can have two raids in the same raid-instance ID.

This is how the famous two-faction Illidan kill took place, with some horde players having the same raid ID as some alliance players.
