Cone of cold?

Is there really any point to put points into it? In arena i could see where its key. The slow is a massive slow on melee dps.

Though should i be using the final rank in Arena?

At the moment i find that putting at least 2 points in it is useful, especially in 2v2 where i dont get to cast much. as to whether to use the final rank it depends on the situation. if you are going for the kill/applying pressure yeah use the full rank. but if ur kiting rogue,warrior, w/e i'd use rank one.
