The only thing 'not' good about this build is potentially the lack of the 3 minute bubble
What you gain though is a powerful hot , welfare 5% spellcrit and a speed improvement to heal that kited pet in time ;D . At least in theory

I disagree a little with your choice of ret talents. I picked +50% BoM, seeing as we get 30% AP -> spell power conversion from Sheath of Light in addition to helping our melee friends. Also, SoC is a talent point better spent elsewhere. Everything else is pretty much identical.

The holy/ret healer spec offers the ability to cast judgements and gain mana back from. Assuming you're going to be doing this frequently (which you should be), why not cast a judgement that can deal good damage? Aka seal of command, i think the 1 point is well invested.

Is what I would do for healing arena. Holy all the way down to Divine Illumination for efficiency and Enlightened Judgments because sometimes I need to snare a druid so my warrior can beat him down. Then Ret all the way down to Sheath and 2/3 Judgments of the Wise so I'll be able to recover after a mana burn (and thanks to Enlightened Judgments I can do it from 30 yards away).

My only regret is going 0/5 Holy Guidance, but the points had to come from somewhere.
