Did anyone else think of this?

Okay I have canceled my WoW account so I couldn't post on the forums there so I decided to ask here.

Divine Purpose is 30% reduction in slowing effects and toughness is now 50% reduction in slowing effects...

Would this make 80% reduction in slowing effects? 1.2 second frost shock?

Or do the talents not stack this way, or not stack at all? Can anyone test if it does work this way? I'm sorry if this question has already been asked or if the answer is obvious but I cannot find any answers to these questions. If it does work to 80%...I bet Divine Purpose would be changed cuz that seems a little crazy.

It has already been confirmed that Toughness and Divine Purpose do not stack.
