What is that spell?

I were just wathcing some pictures of those guys who did 10-man and 25-man Naxx in Beta Realms. And I noticed that the dude who is aking the picture got some new icon on his action bar number 7. Is it in fact a new spell? Or just a macro? (But if it were a macro, then he picked a weird icon for it as i dont know any class who got that kind of icon yet)
