Paladin's 25 man nax set

Looks like somebody drew that in like 5 minutes or so.. I know Blizzard lacks creativity now days and the old school sets looked much better.. but seriously... at least other sets look somewhat cool.. ours look like the same old power-ranger weird outfit they stuffed us with... anyone agree?

Notice most of the 25-man versions of each set got some new appointments and shiny bells and whistles added, ours is just... fruitier colors. Updates are expected.

Once you hide the helmet, it's not bad at all, just looks like when SoC procs, it's like Starscream transforming into jet mode...

at least if you are holy, you don't have to bother getting the full set. 2 piece set bonus seems enough, and you can move towards non-set spell power pieces with massive haste and crit on.

I don't know about Prot or ret. But I guess they need that shoulder piece to look mean or something... retribution like? lol

screw that i've had to wear judgement twice already.. t2 and that crappy dungeon purple set at llv 70 while gearing up in kara and ssc/tk. true new naxx sets do look like an abortion, but i don't want judgement again. if i want to wear judgement i'll get it out of the bank, i still have the full set.

My question here is: With tank gear all stats look equal, warrior has more stam and parry/dodge, pally more str and block/block value. But the sinergy looks ok.

But in the DPS set i didnt understand a few things.
-why warriors have alot more crit?
-why warriors have more hit rating, more armor penetration and alot of expertise? didnt they have hit rating talent? shouldnt pallys need more hit? since we dont have precision anymore?
-Does pally need this much haste rating now? wouldnt crit and hit be better?

This is not QQ, I just think since we dont have precision anymore, we would need alot more hit / expertise now. Is only 83 hit rating enought for a lvl 80? Isnt crit more important for us than warriors? since we have so many +crit dmg bonuses.

Well, it's not the looks i care most, but rather stats distribution. With 2 more instant attacks (judgement was joke but powerfull tool now) haste is not so cool for paladins now, but you have 276 of it.
While best stats for paladins will be Hit->expertise->str>>>>>>>haste i feel that something is wrong here.
Only 83 hit means you need to get more than 200 from other sources. Ouch.

Haste is great for seal of blood/martyr, and that is what you will be using for DPS if you're smart.

It's not great. It's really good now, but things are about to get changed.
Haste affects only your white dps+seal dps. It's about 75% now.
But when DS and more powerfull judgement are added to the list, white+sob is more like 55% of your dps. So stat that was linear increase for 75% of your dps in wotlk will affect only 55% of your dps. Make a proportion:
55/75=0.733
Haste is ~27% worse in WotLK than on live.
