Are you tired of feeling like you're the only raid member that doesn't need every encounter explained to them? Are you tired of setting aside time in your schedule and preparing to raid only to have the raid called on account of poor attendance? Would you be in a hardcore, 5+ night raiding guild if only you were able to manage 30+ hours raiding each week? Do you consider raiding as your hobby and not "just a game"?
If you answered yes to these questions then <Strength in Numbers> may just be the home you've been looking for.
Strength in Numbers is not your cookie-cutter super guild that piles in as many members as possible in order to meet our attendance needs. We aim to keep our numbers low and invite members of only the highest quality in an attempt to prevent the many problems that can arise from careless over recruiting.
Our raid schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 7pm until 11pm EST. Because our hours spent raiding each week are on the 'casual' side we cannot afford to have 'casual' members. Since we raid only 3 nights per week, near 100% attendance is very important. Ideally we would like to keep the raid team to around 35 members who are all invested in the same vision we are; To get to, and kill, the 25-man Arthas as quickly and efficiently as possible within the constraints of a 3 night raid schedule. We recruit as slowly and methodically as we must in order to ensure that every member has the same vision, the same skill level and the same level of maturity necessary to work together to push the limits of progression under these conditions.
Each applicant will be handled individually on a case by case basis. If you feel like you have what we're looking for even though you've never seen anything past Karazhan please fill out an application and we'll discuss it. Take the application process seriously and we will take you seriously.
DO NOT apply unless you are entirely confident in your abilities as a player and in your sense of responsibility as a human being. We aim not just to recruit good players but good people.
DO NOT apply if you are looking for any more or less than 3 nights of raiding each week. We expect you to be present and on-time every raid night whether you're with us in the instance or sitting on stand-by.
DO NOT apply if you view raiding as "just a game". We need serious players to help meet our serious goals.
DO apply if you are ready to make a commitment to a real team. If you are not frightened by personal accountability then this is the guild for you.

Current openings updated. Spent our first night in Naxx 25 last night and 1-shot our way through 2 wings before calling it a night. Come join the fun as we move to the hopefully more challenging encounters.
