    SotR and HotR+ spell dmg.

    Are they stucking with spell dmg?

    Out of the box thinking included not thinking.

    Holy 1H whirlwind and Holy shield slam are about as creative as their cousin, holy whirlwind.

    Damage was "reevaluated" to be lower several times, because magically they forgot that temporary +BV trinks existed, that could end up boosting BV by 50% for a couple seconds.
    Sure enough a couple of folks realized this, abused it to get a bigger e-peen and shortly after the skill was rebalanced, then nerfed. From (the OP form) 3xBV -> 2xBV -> 2.4xBV -> BV -> BV + 400.

    HotR scales with AP and weapon damage. Presumably works with Sharpening Stones and the like.
    SoR scales with BV.
