Judgements and PvP

I guess ill ask the community this question. I normally use Judgement of the Just in pvp cause i like to keep people from escaping. However i have people who keep telling me Judgement of Light is better for 90% of fights. Is this true or is it all preference?

Well, so long as they don't have any sort of movement speed increases, anything is better than Justice. Justice just limits them to normal run speed, so it would be nice against druids, rogues, etc. so they can't sprint away or quickly get away in cat form and all that. Even then, it might still be better to judge light on them until you think they may try and run away.
