Hit and expertise cap for ret at level 80.

Hit cap for auto attacks and yellow attacks (excluding Holy Wrath, Exorcism and first tick of Conce) is 8%. Any hit above 8% is just a big waste.

Expertise cap (undodgeable) = 214 rating = 26 expertise = 6.5% without any racials/talents (well, pallies have no talents atm).
