Getting Keyed for The Eye

I was wondering exactly how do you get keyed to down malygos? Thanks in advance

KT Sapphiron will drop an item that one person in the raid can loot that will let him/her summon Malygos in the respective difficulty.

Actually it's Sappirion that drops it.

It'll allow you to pull Malygos using the Focused Eye in the Eye of Eternity, and give a quest to kill him for one of 4 necklaces of your choice.
