You have some nice pieces, but you would be better off with a str/stam helm such as the 245 triumph helm from the vendor in Dal. (that said, you have been through more content than I have, and you have a kick ass axe )

Also, I believe you should be stacking str instead of armor pen since the nerf to ArP. They both contribute towards physical damage, but str gives you more bang for your buck than ArP.

I would also note that I am not an expert here by any means, this information is just what I have picked up by following the forums and patch notes. If I am missing something here please let me know as it would help me too.

Like Biged said, the helm probably is not the best choice for you, mainly because of the str scaling as well as the fact that you are losing armor which will boost your AP thru Bladed Armor.

One thing I am going to have to disagree with about what he said is the ARP gemming, I ran the sims for you with your current setup and got:
DPS| 9314
Total Damage| 33.53m | in 1h

I switched all the arp gems to Str and Str/crit (in yellows) and got:
DPS| 9272
Total Damage| 33.38m | in 1h

Both str and ARP are worth quite a bit in blood, but as your armor pen gets higher it gains more value as arp scales exponentially the closer you get to 100%, unlike str which has fairly linear scaling.

Your gear is pretty good, but liek I said in an earlier post, the Relentless meta is slightly better then the Chaotic meta that you are currently using. You are over hit cap a bit, and slightly below expertise softcap. Your ARP is also slightly low for blood, so getting any more ARP where you can thru gear would be an improvement, you aren't quite at the point where you can gem for it yet as str is still a bigger gain for you.

It is exponentially, but the exponent isn't neccessarily a whole number... here is an example of how it scales. A boss might have.... 7000 armor, 31.5% damage reduction. a white hit of 1000 on a no armor target would hit this boss for 685 with 0 armor pen. Now you get 100 armor pen, it will reduce the boss's armor to 6431, or 29.7% reduction, so that same hit would hit for 703. That is a 1.8% damage reduction removal from 100 arp, for an increase of 18 damage.

Now at 900 armor pen, the boss is down to 1882 armor, 11% reduction, the 1000 hit would hit for 890. With 1000 arp, it would be down to 1314 armor, 7.9% reduction (a gain of 3.1%), so that hit would do 921 damage. Which would mean that 100 arp from 900-1000 would mean an increase in damage of 31, compared to the 18 you get from 0-100.

Other then the obvious thing of replacing any posible agi gear with str gear (I'm assuming str gear was not availible so you took what dropped) the shoulder enchant should be replaced by the hodir one, the cloak enchant should be replaced with 23 haste, if you have access to it, Mjolnir Runestone is slightly better then the needle encrusted scorpion because of the higher uptime, even the the stats on needle encrusted are slightly higher.

I can't really give out a number. You're over hitcap, you could drop a +10 hit and be perfect. Otherwise I'd kill for your gear, literally.

I logged in my tank gear, so we get to whine about my naxx cloak and how I the 3%-15% boots from FoS won't friggen drop. Oh, and I could give two shits about expertise/hit as a tank. I just recently got into a raiding guild, havn't really won too much so I'm still riding my heroic shit.

Hardly ever have probablems with threat but the again i dont tank really at all most of my gear i have is badges, and the weapons were gonna get DEd. so again this is my OS not main im normaly UH dps bt we wont gothere on this thread. i socketed hit casue i dont know the hit cap for tanks in all honestly i assukmed it was DPS cap si w/e

You had another thread where the whole DK-community told you to use DPS-weapons.
You didn't.
We used the best arguments.
You fail to understand you're class mechanics.
You fail at using good advices.

With 2 tank-weapons you maybe will provide good or average TPS.
But your Warriors and Warlocks and all the DPSer will struggle with aggro.
If you want the best for your raid-progression, than you want fucking Slow weapons for A LOT of TPS !

And when you're in your offspec and offspec gear, than don't reply in this thread.
