How can i raise my hit rating????

I have pretty good gear at the moment....My armory hasnt updated today....But my offhand is now the grasscutter...and I acquired the meteorite whetstone trinket too....My hit rating is ridiculuously low....I'm still doing around 2.2-2.5k dps......But with more hit rating I feel I could get a lot more.....Could u guys please advise me on where I need to go on gear/gems to get the most out of my setup.....Naxx is down till next week as well as vault and obsision....So that gear has to wait......Thanks in advance

Begin with to boost yourself with food(snapper +40 hit) and elixir of accuracy (+45hit) when you are doing instances or raids.

And you need much much more hit if you go duelwield, why dont you go get a two-handed and go back to duelwield when you got more epix(including hit)!?

1. re-gem for +hit (this includes getting socket bonuses that have hit, like your boots)
2. get +20 hit to your gloves
3. run heroic utgarde keep and pray Staggering Legplates drops
4. run heroic gundrak and pray Engraved Chestplate of Eck drops
5. run heroic nexus and get (i say get cus it damn near always drops) Sphere of Red Dragon's Blood to replace your stamina trinket (lol?)
6. run heroic CoT: Stratholme for Mobius Band

that should get you quite a bit closer to hit cap.

also.........for teh love of god put razorice on your MH weap and fallen crusader on the off. cinderglacier is horrible

there is a +hit weapon enchant... i would put that in the offhand.

I'm poor, just spent 5200 gold.

But yeah I have 441 hit and 20 expertise... So it's easy to get alot of hit/expertise.

the problem i'm having is thus: would getting deathrunes+15% dmg to BS, frost strike (more powerful than DC due to all the talents that boost it + KM), and GoG give higher DPS than having ~400AP, 3% crit chance, passive runic generation, and 9% crit chance to BS/25% threat reduction? our tanks are very good at threat but....idk

Both your bracers and gloves can get hit rating enchants. Re-gem as others have said. Steal some rogue/hunter/shaman rings, neck and cape.
