Weapon enchants

Hello all, I just wanted to know if weapon enchants like +ap or something like that stack with dks runes? If no what is better to use enchants or runes (for dps since tanks get nice parry from runes and i don't think that some enchant is better than that)?

as a DK you either get an enchant or you use a Runeforge. They don't stack.

Also there is virtualy NO situation in which a Enchant will be superior to a Runeforge in the current state of the game
