Anybody got this judgement bug?

This isn't the bug where when you judge nothing happens.

I noticed when im raiding nax, and i judge blood on undead (gargoyles and crypt fiends, most recently) mobs i get "Immune" popping up here and there- and they dont take any dmg.

Are you specced into Vindication? If you are, chances are that is what's giving you the "immune" message.

Nope, its not that.
You need a judgement sequence.

/castsequence Judgement of Light, Judgement of Wisdom

only 'bug' i've seen is that the additional dmg from SoB on hits(not the judgement) is getting parried even when im behind the mob.

They fixed that. No further need for a judgment sequence.
