Advice on 0/32/39

Heye im about to spec 0/32/39 have mexxana femur and going for RSoC and grass cutter either 1 i get first

My armory is

Now other then changing weapons and specs is there anything else i can do that will make it better dps im going 2 get 1 of the jc only gems and thinking of hit/exp/haste but i dont know which 1 would be better for this spec
