    Vengence post 3.0.8

    So.. tool tip says 5 stacks at 3%... but in game I cannot get it to stack beyond 3 stacks for 9% total. Was this addressed in a blue post that I missed?

    People report Righteous Vengeance finally receiving proper scaling, so apparently we did get a DPS buff, even if not the Vengeance one.
