Tbh shamans needed a weapon enchant that was on par DPS with Windfury.
One that wasn't so heavily dependant on a proc chance that might not happen 6/7 swings in a row on a slow weapon.

If my paladin gets to dual-wield, then my rogue had BETTER get to quadruple-wield. One dagger in each hand and one dagger taped to each foot. Sure, walking would suck, but imagine the mutilate damage. It would look like a monkey having a seizure I think.
