What raid spec do you use? Moonkin...

Im considering both of these however:
71 points balance for Owlkin Frenzy, 4% to DoTs, IIS, Treant Dmg Actually seems like it may not suck. 66/0/5 better?

And IIS trade for mana regen and typhoon: When Dual Specs come out ill be less reluctant to use a spec without typhoon.

Is there any specific reason for you keeping typhoon around?

Well, I like typhoon in raids as well as in pvp and world.
I can remember a few times it has saved me on learning gluth, maly sparks that got too close to maly, and im sure a few other places. I guess with dual specs coming out ill be using a spec without it to raid and one with it for everything else.

The same question applies to Gale Winds.

This is what includes all talents that improve single target damage straight forward, and the most mandatory mana talent OoC, which is always worth getting for 1 point, since you go there for MSS anyways - and yes, it is a good talent, and yes it is worth spending the 3 points in MS before, esp. compared to the alternatives.

Generally speaking though, wouldnt you say that if you didnt really need mana and moonglow blows, 1% dot is still going to me a small amount more dps.
I don't see why you wouldnt have starfall...13k damage for one gcd on single target plus however many aoe uses.
