Whats the best starter gear for a ret pally is it that crafted stuff? The crafted gear has no int on it so just asking to see if anyone knows.

Ret does not want or need intellect. Crafted spiked titansteel stuff is pretty good.

The Savage saronite set, made by blacksmiths is an ok place to start for a pvp set. It gives approx 300 resil and good strength and stamina. Not brilliant by any means but definately ok to start pvping until you can get somebetter gear.
I would also recommend getting an epic crafted peice or 2,
Spiked titansteel boots are pretty good and also titansteel destroyer is nice until you can get your hands on a riad drop wepon.
