Yeah, nerf em to the ground!

Oh wait. Shadowfrost + ridiculous Scourge Strike is probably going to test out better than the original.

So, now instead of trying to mash Icy Touch/Blood Boil and keep at range most of the time it'll be mashing Scourge Strike backed up by still incredibly good Icy Touch.

Unless some other spec tests out incredibly better the only change here is -1 gargoyle +1 boatload of SS damage.
