Thought I'd create a new topic about this since any discussion on it has dried up in the "Lulz Plague Strike" thread.

Basically, I've noticed many people refering to this glyph, but I've seen no mention of it in any patch notes, undocument changes or seen any sort of screenshot or confirmation that it actually exists. Anyone able to enlighten me?
