IT+PS instead of HB DW tanking

I figure with the PS buff IT + PS will hit just as hard as HB used to hit for as a tank, Using this spec I feel I could pull off a rotation such as:

DND IT PS BS DC DC IT PS BS BS IT PS DC DC

I think this could work

It's a good combination if you plan to miss howling blast, as a tank i always relied on IT + Pestilence (in groups) + HB to get enough aggro to allow rune's to refresh.

I also found IT or HB by themselves creates little aggro compared to an IT + HB combo. Personally i'm going to wait for the patch to be released before i figure out my spec, as i doubt everyone will have the same view so it looks like its back to saving up for constant respecs till i figure out something that works :-\

I also think, even though howling blast's damage is being nerfed, it should still create the same amount of aggro. Similar to a reverse of what happened to [Revenge] for warriors, where damage was increased and threat nerfed, although it ended up producing the same threat from the extra damage.
