I always hear that we are so much worse on PTR than we are already on Live. But do we have a reliable percentage to compare the different numbers (15-20%) flying around? E.g. Patchwerk DPS charts of Top Guilds on PTR to see how much we're behind pure and hybrid DPS.
ATM, on the PTR, ret is basically useless afaik because Blizz are looking at the numbers to see how much JotW needs buffing, although atm ret is a very oom very fast spec.
20% or more behind pretty much every other spec. You'd be lucky to break 5k as Ret, everything else I've seen is somewhere around 6-7k DPS. Might be missing 1-2 other gimped specs, but yea.
